We are currently in the Initiation phase of the ctcLink Project which means we are planning the project. There have been teams across campus writing plans, doing research, mapping business processes, etc., to get ready for the next phase of the project. Today I met with the State Board and the DG5 Project Managers. All of the DG5 schools have completed plans and will be presenting next week at a Peer Review.
What does DG5 stand for? Deployment Groups (DGs and DG5) – The new ctcLink deployment schedule has grouped colleges into Deployment Groups. The abbreviation DG is used quite often. DG2 has gone live. DG3 goes live in March 2019 and EvCC is part of DG5.
