This day has been more than a decade in the making and it is finally here. We are live in ctcLink!
Our official go live is today however, only the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and User Acceptance Testers will be able to get into the ctcLink PeopleSoft system today. Everyone else will receive access to the ctcLink PeopleSoft system per our planned Account Activation Schedule:

On Friday, November 12, an email will be sent out to the college with a link and instructions on how to login to the system; please look for that email.
We have resources to support your transition to ctcLink PeopleSoft. Please review the employee resources this week so you are familiar with them. If you haven’t completed your Canvas Courses, now is the time!
As always, I am so encouraged by our collaboration, problem-solving, and perseverance. I cannot say everything is perfect. I can say each day we have overcome, made progress, and provided solutions because of EvCC’s ctcLink implementation, steering, and subject matter experts teams.
Thanks to each one of you who have served diligently on one or more of those teams!
I believe this week and the months to come will be full of rewards and challenges as we learn to do our work differently. Please remember to have compassion and patience with yourself and those around you. We all do the best we can do.
