Peer Review was a great success today.  All the DG5 colleges gave their status on the following deliverables:
MS Project Plan
 Risk Management Plan
Data Cleansing
Legacy Business Process Mapping
Supplemental Systems
All colleges, including us, received 3s for all deliverables.  The colleges have all done a lot of work and we are all ready to move to the implementation phase.  
Tomorrow we get a draft timeline of our implementation phase.  I will share at the meeting on Thursday!
