ctcLink Update

Nine (9 months from now we will be live in ctcLink!  Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are working through the first End User Canvas Courses and working on future state change analysis.  Next week the Admissions office will be attending our last Business Process Fit Gap regarding Admissions and Recruitment.

In preparation for the transition we need advisors’ feedback regarding ADP.  Your feedback on the ADP Migration survey will be used to establish training focus, determine tools/data needed to supplement Starfish prior to moving to ctcLink and enhance your Starfish experience.

As part of the plan to move to ctcLink, EvCC is moving to Starfish as our primary advisor tool.  Starfish and ctcLink will provide EvCC advisors and faculty with modern, online tools for advising including advisee list, grades, student course history, degree planner, advising notes, email student functionality, etc.  The Advisor Data Portal (ADP) will no longer be needed as it’s functionality will be provided with these two new modern technologies.

Please use the link in the Daily Digest to complete the ADP Migration survey by Friday, February 5th.

The State Board is currently dedicating their time to Deployment Group 4 (DG4).  They go live in just 10 working days!   February 8, 2021, Centralia, Edmonds, Highline, and Wenatchee will be in ctcLink.
