During implementation we will be cleaning legacy data and validating data for over a year. This may seem like a long time, but this is the time when we are able to get into the ctclink system, see how it works and develop our future state. We will be learning a new software but with that is also developing new business processes and flows. These are tied together and critical to the success of this project so that everyone knows what to do when we go live with the new software.

When we receive the final implementation timeline a schedule for future state development will be created and communicated. If you work in HP, it is critical that you plan on attending the meetings/sessions that align with your position/work at the college.
