Next week we start conversion. Here are important dates the first of next week to be aware of and as you can see, our Finance Office will be busy finalizing all our transactions and doing a complete month end close. A delay in their responses may occur. Please be patient and extraordinarily kind as this conversion is adding an extraordinary amount of work and stress on many in our core business areas.
In addition, next week our IT team, with the assistance of our instruction team, will make available the Winter Schedule in our current online class schedule application. This way students will have the class schedule available during conversion to get ready for registration on November 29 (priority November 22). The winter class schedule will also be available in ctcLink after go live.
