These emails will arrive from me, Sindie Howland, your project manager, in the Daily Digest, and be available in our ctcLink Blog, so you can refer back to them as needed! Also, be looking for emails from Pat Sisneros, your ctcLink Executive Sponsor, for additional project updates and information.
Key Activity needed now: Get your current invoices to accounts payable today! We are at the deadline to get your invoices into accounts payable to pay before the ctcLink implementation close period where we cannot have any accounting transactions.

NOTE: Financial Aid and scholarship disbursements will not occur starting October 28, 2021. Update – We have received information that we are able to disburse Financial Aid the last time on October 28, 2021 with the hope of disbursing again on November 15 or 16, 2021.

| Friday, October 22, 2021 | Enrollment Freeze – No adds/drops/withdrawals after this date until after go live |
| October 22 to November 21, 2021 | Students provide enrollment change requests for Fall Quarter to enrollment services. Requests date/time stamped to be processed after November 21 |
| October 22 to November 21, 2021 | Cashier Closed for payments |
| October 22 to End of Fall Quarter | Canvas – Enrollment Services notify eLearning if a student adds a class to Fall Quarter after October 21 |
| October 16 to December 12, 2021 | CCEC open enrollment courses closed No more transactions (no changes to SMS) |
| October 16 to December 12, 2021 | Contract Classes: Take enrollments and register after go live for classes starting after closure |
| Now to October 20, 2021 | Faculty check rosters to confirm enrollment transactions are complete by October 21. |
